Community
Outreach is a program offered to all Senior High students. This program allows our students to get involved in the community around
them. Through the school, this program takes place every Wednesday afternoon during 8th and
9th Hours. Students can also complete the class on their own time. Below are some of
the different in school ministry opportunities available to our students.
‘I tell you the truth,
whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did
for me.’ - Matthew 25:40

Shepherds Ministries
Shepherds Ministries is an
organization existing for the purpose of glorifying God by assisting individuals with mental disabilities.
Rev. Skip Neubarth
brings a group of the
students to the Shepherd's Home. They are split into several groups, and go to their different assigned areas. Our students work
directly with the residents in the areas of services and studies.

Nursing Home Ministry
Our students go to The Alterra Nursing
Home in order to provide the elderly residents with contact that they
might not get normally. The kids talk with the residents, play games,
watch television--basically doing whatever the residents would like. It
also provides an outlet for our Christian ministry, for our students
provide a Christian influence wherever they go. This ministry is lead by
Rev. Skip Neubarth.
